Nivea : BB Cream

I always prefer on days where im not doing a full look, to use a BB cream and help my skincare. Nivea is by far a brand well known for amazing skincare that is respected and affordable. 

About Nivea BB

In addition to Eucerit, over a hundred years ago, NIVEA Creme also contained glycerin, water, a little citric acid and its fine scent. Everything for a great cream experience. This effective formula has been carefully adapted and improved over the decades.

My skin has a light coat of BB cream and it can be built up or use a concealer plus additional powder for more coverage. I tend to just use the BB cream as I will use heavier makeup for my looks, this gives my skin more of a chance to breathe. It gives a even finish to my skin and takes away any redness on my cheeks. Its really affordable and I do love this BB cream and it give's my skin some time off from a full coverage routine.

I love Nivea products as they are affordable and brilliant skincare. So when I saw the new 3 in 1 cleansing water, I was so excited. Along with the cleansing water, I also tried the Q-10 hand cream and firming shower cream. Having dry skin at times the Q-10 range with its Moisturising formula would be the perfect shower cream to help improve the skin's condition.

Q10 : Age defying hand cream

This cream is lovely on the hands and smells beautiful. Well absorbed and only a small amount is required to hydrate the skin. Its a generous sized bottle too, so it will last. Its a fantastic handbag cream and really is great when those cold days hit. Now coming into spring i want to replenish as well as hydrate. Replenishing the skin is what i want to do in the months nearing spring, as i want to show healthy hands and nails. So far my hands are looking hydrated and my nails are beginning to strengthen and really grow quick so i can shape and paint them. I used to have very weak nails that would break and i would end up having to cut them down, now i have a decent size to paint and decorate. They are really lovely looking and healthy, so I'm really impressed. This hand cream is the one i feel can keep my hands well hydrated and my nails health and strong.

I love this Shower wash and it is perfect for dry skin. As i feel my skin is amazingly cleansed and then its left moisturised after i leave the shower. It is perfect for that day where you are pushed for time  need a moisturising product, yet don't have time to put loads of cream and serums on. It really smells fresh and gives a great deep cleaning to the skin, without it being irritating or making the skin sore. Whilst it does say it is firming I can see my thigh area is better condition, yet i do tend to massage and really rub this shower wash in as its so moisturising. So i will spend that bit longer in the shower using this wash, to really make sure every part of my body is well moisturised. I can say that in reading on massage is beneficial so maybe it is helping my legs look well conditioned. I really love this shower wash as its just made my skin looking so much better, as i don't have days where my moisturising step is missed due to less time. 

3 in 1 Miceller cleansing water

I have to say that in my top Nivea products, this is a definate must have. I love Nivea wipes, however there are months i cant afford to purchase them. So i applied this to my cotton pad, to see if i can get the same cleansing as my wipes. This is refreshing, hydrating, cooling and cleanse's beautifully. It will remove my most stubborn makeup and heaviest eyeliner with such ease. This product is a fantastic addition to my skincare routine and i will always have a backup now. Im so impressed at how well it cleansed my skin and just made me feel refreshed in the morning. Im so glad i tried this product.

Nivea is a well loved and trusted brand. Known for there affordable yet high quality skincare. Its become the must have product during the winter for dry skin. Or if your like myself, then its a daily essential no matter the time of year. I have some amazing new additions to show you. 

The moisturising formula of NIVEA Lip Butter with Hydra IQ contains Shea Butter and Almond Oil and provides intense moisture and long-lasting care. The indulgent formula creates sensationally soft lips.

Beautifully presented tins of lip balm. Perfect for on the go and keeping within your handbag or pocket. They are a creamy balm on apperance. The little body heat in your finger, will melt this butter quick and lightly. Smooth and non grainy, perfect for lip preparation before lipstick application. Also helps keep lips supple and prevention of cracking. This is the holy grail of lip butter's.

When it comes to the scents, I found that they are so unique.

- Original : is a clear and fragrance free balm. Perfect unisex lip balm. 

- Blueberry blush : is just the most amazing  lipbalm that smells divine. I usually pick up the Vanilla and macadamia tin. However this will be a really hard choice now to pick from now on. 

- Vanilla & Macadamia : is like i said my favourite lip balm from Nivea. My handbag holy grail lip balm. I will be rotating my blueberry blush with vanilla & macadamia. Using vanilla & macadamia in the autumn and Blueberry blush for the spring and summer months. 

- Raspberry rose : is a lovely mix of fruity and slight floral. Taking from a beautiful spring fresh smells. 

Rich nourishing body moisturiser

We know that dry skin needs extra care, we developed this enriched formula containing Almond Oil. This has been a staple in my skincare routine. Its fantastic for the whole body and does enrich your skin. Eluminating dryness i found on my legs and face, especially after a shower. My legs can become rough, so after a final buffing away of the dead skin. I apply this moisturiser, where it absobs quickly. It gives a long lasting hydration and i havent experienced any side effects. So its become my go to trusted moisturiser.

Is a beautiful addition to Nivea's product range. I used this for when i needed a boost during the day. So areas like your elbows or knees etc, where the skin is constantly being in motion. This can offer  a instant boost to the skin and in my case, reduce the risk of my skin cracking.  Definatly fantastic for when your skin needs, a hydrating and quick absorbing cream. I would use this cream for my travel bag, as this will allow me to give boosts of hydration to my skin. Its quickly absorbed which allows me to apply some cream,so when in hospital i can see an area becoming dry due to the conditions. Again this is an addition from Nivea that will help me hugely. In maintaining soft skin within an enviroment i have no control over.

Smooth nourishing hand cream

Hand cream is lovely and gave my hands softness. Plus my nails improved vastly, as have my cuticule's. My nails have been stronger and its been in my handbag. My nails and first to be affected by the cold. So to have this on the go, is an essential. 

Irresistibly smooth body lotion : Dry skin shea butter  

For beautifully soft and silky skin. Regular use ensures that your skin feels smoother and softer. Longer lasting smoothness with hydra-IQ , gives a deep moisture and a long lasting feeling.  This smells beautiful and i found that it was best used after the shower. As when the pores are open it absorbs so well into my skin. It really does give a lovely long lasting feeling that your skin stays soft and hydrated. With no lingering stickiness and a calming aroma that gives your skin an amazing layer of hydration. Really helped on days where my skin needed more help.

Nivea is another well known brand, that offers skincare for all skin types. I was kindly given the opportunity to review the new wipes being released. There is 4 types which are based on your skin's needs.

Refreshing facial cleansing wipes

So the refreshing cleansing wipes, are large pads that are soaked with cleanser. I was very impressed with these wipes. They were refreshing in the morning to wake up too. Also the bag is seal does stick down multiple times, with no loss of adhesive. So they don't dry out. I really enjoyed these wipes. Especially during the hot days, it certainly helped. 

Pure & Natural cleansing wipes

The pure and natural wipes smell lovely and I loved using them, my skin was soft after using them. I 
used them daily and again the pad was large. It's large enough to only need one to remove my makeup. That's what I love about all 4 types of wipes. 

Gentle facial cleansing wipes

These are my favourite wipes of the three as they are perfect for dry skin. They are super cleansing and leave a hydrating balm. They feel like the Nivea almond oil lotion I use, so the descriptive is very true. I Definatly would buy multipacks of these.

These are amazing wipes that have been perfect for the morning. You want something caring before your routine starts, these are perfect.  I've enjoyed all 4 wipes, with the sensitive and gentle being the two I've enjoyed most. They fit my skincare regime perfectly. So thank you Nivea for allowing me to test for you.
