- Canvas sunglasses case 

These canvas bags for your sunglasses (or glasses). I love the sunglasses canvas as I easily just will put them in my bag, which leaves them so open to scratches and breakage. Perfect for spring and summer approaching. 

- Canvas zip purse 

The zip purse could be used for money, makeup or smaller items you may wish protected in your bag. The quote is really something I would say and live by. Im all for the simple pleasures in life to make you happy. Decent size zip purse with adequate space for many essential item's. 

- Diva" Luggage tag

Wow vibrant and so sparkly. This luggage tag with the sunglasses is fantastic. As the box was so black,white upon opening. My eyes diverted to this straight away and the quality fantastic, being of a study material. I love the strap is a traditional one, the buckle gives it character. Vibrant and a functional item, i really love this.

- Microfibre cleaning cloth

This is something ive needed and alway's mean to purchase. My glasses i clean every morning as part of routine. So im glad i have a cloth which is a bit more attractive to bring out in public then a little blue cloth.

- Glass nail file in holder

I have a glass nail file and holder which has always been reliable, so to have a second is brilliant as I can take one in my travel bag now. 

- Chunky wooden freestand sign

The sign is a square wooden block which is very well made and a fair weight. Painted well and high quality decorative item that im proud to have on my vanity unit.

- Absolutely fabulous ring dish

Now this is beautiful addition to anyone's vanity table. It's a dish of high quality and its golden lettering with detail. It's my favourite item within the box, its given me a place to put my smaller jewellery without risk of loss. 

This month's box is full of high quality chic item's, fitting the being fabulous quote on the inspirational card. You have the canvas bags to keep any glasses you have safe within your hand/travel bag. Also the other bag to bring any keepsake or makeup you may wish to take with you. The homeware's are beautiful for your vanity, plus have uplifting message's for each morning as you awaken. I definitely love this month's edition and it just get's better as the month's pass.

This is a sturdy and well made sign, spelling out the word "love". It is decorated with a floral pattern on the front of the sign, then is white in the other area's. Really nice little chic decorative piece, it can be placed in small space's to add some colour and personality,  

- Sass & Belle "Easter bunny"

I love this little bunny and as i have a beautiful new niece, i think this will be the perfect gift for her first spring. I'll use another item in the box to personalise it.

- Sass & Belle "floral bird hook"

Ive had a bird hook before within a HappyMail box and its one of my favourite item's. This will look so lovely as a pair now, plus an additional hook for item's. My bedroom has a forest green and wood scheme, so anything like birds etc gives a beautiful effect when its hung up.

- Tags & stationery set 

This beautiful vintage themed tag set with stickers and twine included is stunning. I cant wait to use this too make a personalised tag for Sass & Belle bunny for my niece. 

- Clipbag

This is a handy portable shopping bag. Its easy to fold and carry in your handbag or clipped to your keychain as it's so light. They're environmentally friendly in that they reduce your need to use plastic bags, which also helps save money in the long run also. 

- Hemp string 

This is a red string which is good for all craft and if like me your just getting into penpalling, it's handy to have so I can bundle my letters in neat pile's. Always a good staple to have.

- Washi tape 

I currently have stocked up some Washi tapes and I do love the design of this one. I have so far loved learning how to do this form of decorating paper, pages in a scrapbook with Washi tape. I love having them in my craft box and look forward to getting more designs. 

- Wax melt 

This wax melt is beautiful and i can only describe the smell as almost like marzipan. This melt is quite big and thick, so you can cut off bit's to melt and make it last. As this is quite fragrant and the scent throw is really good, I only use a small amount to burn in my melter. Im so glad this melt will last me at least the month. 

- Malteaser's bunny chocolate 

Being that it is traditional this weekend with spring we have been given a bunny chocolate treat. Yummy and thank you. (This little bunny did not last long past this picture) 

- Inspiration "This is my happy place"

I love having Inspiration cards within my stationary set. As i can use them for letters to friends, inserts to happy parcel il send to cheer up family and friends plus other use's. I even have a frame which i will change every week to keep motivated and inspired,   

I really liked this month's edition with the stationary in particular. Im really enjoying my passion's of writing, scrap-booking and journalling as way's to express myself. This box had some nice summery useful materials for this and I am excited to use them. My floral bird hook will be put up next to the one i had received when ihearthomes was a very new subscription, it was probably one of the first items within the box. My easter bunny will definitely be a keepsake il personalise for my niece. So the box as a whole has a lot that is relevant and great for my hobbies. The "Love" sign is beautiful but very small, this felt maybe a little out of place with last month being valentines themed. 

The chocolate bunny did not last long at all sadly. The clip-bag was not my cup of tea unfortunately and whilst this box was amazing for my hobbies, it somewhat felt lacking something.

New blog topic - My planning passion

For 2016, Im wanting to add some additional topic's to my blog. These are passion's of mine, which I would love too share with you. So firstly I want to get into my collection of planners & Journal's. I love to write and since a young age ive always's had a diary, written poetry and filled notebooks full of idea's. 

Since being introduced to the world of planner's, the possibility for creativity is endless. You can take your sense of style and make your planner reflect that.

Now when i started, I ordered a fountain pen as i love the feel of using this particular writing tool. I create within each planner a part of style's I love and am drawn too. With the use of planner essentials (for which i will post on) and other creative supplies, you really can create as much or little as you like. 

Each of my planner's has a singular purpose of what information they hold, my polka-dot holds household information. My Webster's planner is more personal information which is coded by the use of sticker's. Stickers are also the most helpful as they can be used to mark an occasion, instead of being used as just decoration.

I have so many as I love to write and jot down idea's. I have one for my personal thoughts (small notes over the day), as i cant hold a pen for too long without it hurting. 

So instead of filling one small space with loads of dates etc. I can be creative in each planner, so ill be doing further post's on each one and materials that I use.

Beautifully scented fine bath salt infused with Rose and Vanilla. Also within the salts are dried rose petal's. Enclosed within a fine linen bag. This is a lovely addition to the box and a great choice for August's edition. It has a lovely rich and not overpowering scent. I would definatly repurchase more of these to try different scent's. 

- Vintage rose pattern tissues

Lovely pack of tissue's that would be fantastic to be within your bag for a special occassion. What a beautiful addition for your handbag, to add some sunshine to a dull day. 

- Paper washi tape

This poker dot pink tape has so many use's. You could use it for wrapping gift's or even to decorate your journal, the list is endless. I will probably use this up within a day as i journal and am doing boxes of happy mail to friends. 

- "Come for tea" Kitchen plaque 

This is so chic for anyones kitchen. It has a very "alice in wonderland" feel and style  to the design. 

- Chic matchbox nail files

This tiny little matchbox of nail files, is a lovely addition to your handbag. Everyone has one of those days where you can nick a nail and desperately are in search of nail file to save it. These defiantly are the hero product for your hand-bag.  

- "Do you love what you do" Coaster

Colourful mug coaster which is a beautiful tiffiany blue with floral and heart design. 

- Mini fork/T-bag scoop & press

Perfect little fork for eating cake with your cup of tea or scooping out a T-bag/broken hobnob lol. Its dainty and just what afternoon tea is all about. 

- Yorkshire Tea sachet & Biscuit

Nom nom yummy in my tummy. My what more could you ask for, in a afternoon tea box then a sachet of the best tea ever and a yummy biscuit. Brilliant ! 

- Heart place card's 

These heart place card's are plain and amazing for any tea party. Easily decorated and can be stood up for that lovely effect, again i cant help but Queen of heart's from Alice in wonderland. 

I cant wait to use these heart cards. 

- LOFT T-Towel

So this pastel pink T-Towel is a beautiful and so vintage with a mix of modern design. Beautiful addition for my kitchen. 

My thought's : 
An amazing theme for this month and perfect set of products to convey this theme. I loved how we received a tea bag and biscuit for "Afternoon tea", whilst then endulging on the other products. I cant say i have a favourite as i really love them all. I will use each and every product with pleasure, i cant wait to show them off to my family.

Next month's box is making me want too upgrade to the £25 box ! As knowing the theme is "Paris" just scream's to me within the capital of vintage couture.

I love stickers as i love to Journal, so colourful and unique stickers add some lovely summertime colour. There is a generous amount of stickers also which is always a bonus.

High quality and well made postcard that has a seaside view as its artwork. This could be good framed or pinned to the family memo board to add some colour. 

 Sea shells bracelet 

Beautiful bespoke and well made bracelet which includes 3 charms. Very chic with an impressive boho style charm. I really love this bracelet.

I really love these plaques as they brighten my home and give it a sense of unique style.

Fun, cute erasers for your desk or home stationary supply. I alway's love cute and bright stationary, so this is fitting for my journalling. 

W7 Slide Lipbalm

I really love W7 and this tin of lipBalm is perfect for on the go. Handbag size and full of fruity scent. Lovely moisturising lipbalm. 

 Ice Cream earring's 

These are a lovely fun and quirky pair of earrings. Very fun sized earrings which will accessorise any summer outfit. 

"Life's a beach" plaque 

This cute little plaque can be used as a tag for your bag to add some style, or a small reminder that you can keep close by. 

This month's box theme "By the Beach" was very well thought out and costructed. I did miss the thought card's which we had recieved previously, as i love to frame them (my box just missed it this month). I enjoyed the plaques which do give me an oppertunity to brighten my home very subtly. My favourite item was the Sea Shell bracelet as it was so unique and i really love these kinds of jewellery. Also i love the stickers for my journaling as it adds lovely unique items for me to use. 

My box was a mix of chic items and classic boho style. I recieved the £15 box this month which did give me more products,  i really enjoyed this months box as it was light and airy. Giving us all a little taste of the seaside and the final parts of summer drawing to a close. This is one box i really do enjoy subscribing too and will continue to do so for many months to come.

"Queen bee" Plaque 

Is a really well made and decorative plaque. I will have this above my vanity or on my wardrobe, to just liven up what can be a quite bland area of the room. Really lovely brightly coloured item.

Ive just started journalling and these peg's are perfect. They are multifunctional so if you have a pin board or need to secure documents, then these peg's are perfect. Mine will hold important letter's in my journal, adding a little brightness to it. 

"Be you" inspiration card

I love the inspirational card's, as they are fantastic to write on and send to friend's. So im loving having these each month. 

Butterfly gift tag

This little gift tag is a beautifully vintage item. It adds a little touch to any gift and there is enough space for a short message.  

Flowerpot pen

What an utterly adorable item, perfect for anyone whom likes journalling or anyone with young children. It can be used by budding gardeners whom want to have some fun stationary. Its very summery cute box filler.

Little bird brooch

This isnt really my cup of tea as i dont wear brooch's, however my friend loves bird's so im sure she will adore this. Its a lovely item and very chic for anyone whom likes accessories being more unique. 

Little bird Locket Keyring

My joint favourite item of this months box, made by Sass and Belle. Its a beautifully enamelled locket with a mirror and space for a photo inside. The photo can be a decent size also and not a tiny one. Really happy to have this and be able to put this on my keychain. 

Refresher sweet

Sweety, now you cant not like a sweetie. I cant eat this as im diabetic but my nephew sure will love this. No sweets go to waste. 

This month's box was lovely and full of summery items. The items are all beautiful for my home and Journal with exception of the brooch being not really to my taste,. I love the locket for my keychain and plaque to brighten up my wardrobe. The flowerpot pen and 4 tweety peg's are perfect for my journalling and will make a lovely edition to my stationary collection. The gift tag, inspiration card and refresher are lovely box fillers that are universal. The card can be framed and also given to cheer a friend up in times where a good word can be as good as a hug. Im really enjoying the happy mail boxes and find them such a refreshing change from beauty boxes. I can't wait to subscribe to the bigger box and see the difference in contents. Excited for July's box now.  

Kiss Lashes - True Volume *Chic

Lashes are essential addition's I love to add too my look to help boost my eye-makeup, when mascara just isn't enough oomph. Kiss lashes were what I used to learn with using there applicator kit. The confidence and boost a set of lashes can give to an eye look is phenomenal.

How to apply

- Check fit : Lay lash on top of your natural lash. Trim if needed. Apply Kiss adhesive to lash band; wait 30 seconds for adhesive to become slightly clear and tacky. Apply lashes along natural lash line. Hold, allowing adhesive to dry completely. *Tip: For best results use with Kiss Strip Eyelash Adhesive.

These lashes give a flirty boost to my eye's natural lashes. Adding much needed volume and length. They fit the eye area well and also apply very easily. You can use a whole strip or cut in half, to add length to the outer edge of the eye. The thin band goes snuggly up to the natural lash, they are multifunctional and also re-usable. 

The look above shows the lashes look natural and fit well to the lash line. They blend well with your lashes and if they are too long they can be trimmed down. I will curl the length back on next use, as they are long when i open my eyes. As always Kiss deliver beautifully designed lashes for all occasion. I find they are the easiest lashes to use and apply, even for beginners.
