The Eyelash Curlers come with a spring for luscious, long lasting lashes. They can be used to curl your own lashes or our strip lashes once applied, to bind the false lashes and your lashes together.

Overall View 

Honestly this box wasnt a wow for me on first look. However when I looked into the product's, also noticed one brand I really wanted to try. Medusa makeup was a brand I really wanted to try and I recieved a lipgloss in a vibrant red. The other brand's are all new to me. The Vintage Cosmetic's company eyelash curler's, I already own and Im not really excited by this product. Nail wraps I find are too fiddly and this isnt a product I would actively use or like. I am excited by Flint & Flint skincare as it looks fantastic for dry skin, plus im excited to see if it work's as well as they say. 

Im not really too wow'd by the box and whilst they are new brand's, I dont find nail wraps to be high end samples. Il be skipping this subscription service as It wasnt what I was expecting nor hoping for. Beauty boxes unless they offer me a profile specific box, I doubt Il be subscribing to any more from now on. 

Dolce Vita - My little box : May edition

So its that part of the month where "My little box" arrives. I get very excited and always wonder what french influenced goodies will be inside. Its called Diva Vita this month, so an italian summer theme.

As always the feature magazine from my little box. This has a pasta scene, for this italian themed box.

Again numerous item's illustrated with the italian name inscribed next to it. All these item's are classic thing's you will experience in italy. 

- Gold plated "Leaf ring" 

This beautiful ring is really to my taste, I love all kind's of jewellery. I really love ring's and even though this is gold plated, it's petite and unique.I think this is my favourite item in the box this month. 

- Beauty bag {Body oil, Perfume, Sun lotion}

The beauty bag this month has a very summery feeling. Featuring a beautifully scented Jasmin body oil by Baija, its presented in a chic glass bottle stunning for any vanity unit. 

The next item is a perfume automiser with a lovely fresh scent of summery blossom's. Almost like when the flowers are just releasing there scent, the woodland is the undertone bringing it all together. Its ideal for your handbag but it is glass, so i would recommend a hard-case for travel. 

The last item from "My little beauty" is a cream sun lotion. Its a really generous size with a lovely consistancy that is light and absorbs easily. 

- Green coloured Turban

I love the colour of this turban headband and the detail's on the back of the box for more use's. It's great that I can utilise the hairband over the summer. It's well made and look's like it will last a good while. It's truly beautiful. 

Overall view

I love to try new item's and brand's, yet this month again felt like something was missing from this box. 

The beauty bag really I felt could have just had the perfume or oil and then added another more summery product. As these two item's are perfumed so why not have a little colour in there, instead of always skincare item's. I have so much skincare and its why I mainly leave a box due to lack of beauty sample imagination. Its summer and yes skincare is important, I cant help feel the oil should be in a box whilst summer is in full flow when we are all a little more sunkissed. 

The "my little beauty" own brand of products, It's again a cream. I get the sun theme but Ive seen other product's, id love to experience rather then endless cream off "My little beauty". The beauty bags are just so underwhelming as there are no new brand's, plus it would be nice to see more unique and also french brands plus some makeup. Im not sure if its me expecting too much but I seem to have hit a empass with "My little beauty", stay just for the unique lifestyle or unsubscribe as im wasting money on endless beauty item's I really wont use ?  It's so hard as Ive seen my little box at its best. Again this month was not very wow for me and I maybe on my final stretch with subscribing.

These canvas bags for your sunglasses (or glasses). I love the sunglasses canvas as I easily just will put them in my bag, which leaves them so open to scratches and breakage. Perfect for spring and summer approaching. 

- Canvas zip purse 

The zip purse could be used for money, makeup or smaller items you may wish protected in your bag. The quote is really something I would say and live by. Im all for the simple pleasures in life to make you happy. Decent size zip purse with adequate space for many essential item's. 

- Diva" Luggage tag

Wow vibrant and so sparkly. This luggage tag with the sunglasses is fantastic. As the box was so black,white upon opening. My eyes diverted to this straight away and the quality fantastic, being of a study material. I love the strap is a traditional one, the buckle gives it character. Vibrant and a functional item, i really love this.

- Microfibre cleaning cloth

This is something ive needed and alway's mean to purchase. My glasses i clean every morning as part of routine. So im glad i have a cloth which is a bit more attractive to bring out in public then a little blue cloth.

- Glass nail file in holder

I have a glass nail file and holder which has always been reliable, so to have a second is brilliant as I can take one in my travel bag now. 

- Chunky wooden freestand sign

The sign is a square wooden block which is very well made and a fair weight. Painted well and high quality decorative item that im proud to have on my vanity unit.

- Absolutely fabulous ring dish

Now this is beautiful addition to anyone's vanity table. It's a dish of high quality and its golden lettering with detail. It's my favourite item within the box, its given me a place to put my smaller jewellery without risk of loss. 

This month's box is full of high quality chic item's, fitting the being fabulous quote on the inspirational card. You have the canvas bags to keep any glasses you have safe within your hand/travel bag. Also the other bag to bring any keepsake or makeup you may wish to take with you. The homeware's are beautiful for your vanity, plus have uplifting message's for each morning as you awaken. I definitely love this month's edition and it just get's better as the month's pass.

Ive been posting about my passion for writing. This is the second month of the Busy bee subscription box. I loved last month's edition. 

About : We run a monthly stationery subscription box for busy bees. We enjoy the feeling of putting pen to paper. We love to journal. We are mad about planners. We like to stay in touch with loved ones "the old-fashioned way". Each month we send our subscribers a curated box of beautiful stationery - the contents are always a surprise! Distress ink is the best and has a vast array of colours. This is a mermaid blue with a hint of green, its a small size not suitable for the stamper included which is a shame. This would have been a great ink to use. 

- Stamp (date and decorative)

I love this stamp as i have a very similar one only with the patterns are instead of sayings and no date also. This is really unique and I really like it. However il have to purchase an ink pad to fit the length, not a huge grumble but I would have loved to use it with my other item's. 

- Set of 5 pencil's and sharpener

The pencil's have numerous lovely statements on them, they come with a pretty standard metal sharpener. Very sturdy and I like that I can use when I need supply, not pre-sharpened which is a waste. Writers and artists always need pencils. 

- Busy bee travelling notebook

This is really nicely put together and made well, has plastic dividers so it can be used for anything you need. Lined paper which is thin but good enough quality for list making or jotting notes. I really like this as a pocket handbook. 

- 36 stationary card's (travel themed)

These are my favourite item as they are notecard's, travel themed which can be used for scrapbooking to cardmaking. They have a vintage feel and im so excited to use these as i can just do something different and have mini postcards for birthdays or as gift tags within parcel's. An amazing addition to my set. 

- 3 travel charms 

These charms are brilliant, as I can use them for my planner's or stationary to give a little more bling. I love these are vintage looking and unique to travelling as then can be rotated for when I go anywhere. Also amazingly well made. 

- Click pen 

Cannot see the brand very well but it's a quite thicker then your normal biro size, which is brilliant for writers like me whom struggle. It gives more surface area to grip so not all the pressure is on my main joints, yet distributed evenly. I like this pen and I think it could be what i base future writing tool's on as its comfortable. 

- Travel stickers (4 sheet's) 

These sticker's are fabulous for planner decorators and stationary addicts alike. Multipurpose uses from jazzing up your mail to decorating the weeks your on holiday in your journal. Endless possibilities for these stickers and there is a generous amount. 

Overall April was a fantastic box, well put together around the theme of travel and new beginnings. I liked that it had everything you could need down to a sharpener for your pencil's. It really did feel like a fuller box this month and didnt miss the quality. The products are all quality item's and there isnt an item that stands out. My only one hiccup is probably the size of the Ink for the stamp, its not easy to use and I love the colour of this ink but it looks to be a sample or meant for smaller single stamps. So that would be my only comment for this month, as the stamper is so unique that I want to use it on all my mail I recieve and send. (I have my mail date stamped for important item's) 

So im really excited for next months box and its contents.

How to apply: Apply one coat of Base Coat of Kensington Caviar to clean dry nails. Apply 2 coats of your chosen nail polish shade. Finish with one coat of Top Coat with Kensington Caviar

(Top Tip : If you suffer from weak or peeling nails, the caviar extract will help provide nourishment.) 

Rosee du matin: Masque detoxifiant

Each Box includes a brand new product by My Little Beauty. Our in-house beauty range. In creating our collection of products, we've used the best formulas, 

the most sought-after scents and the most brilliant colours.

- Pop up garden

This little box contains a surprise and be it a lovely presentation, i think this would be more suited for mothers with children to do. 

As it open's up into a miniature setting with a spongey material and packet of cress seed's. The end look will be the cress looks like grass and the lady will be riding her bike through. I think il gift this to a mini my little box lover.

- Travel bag for lingerie 

This is beautiful and just scream's french chic. Travelling or going anywhere you need to keep clean away from dirty or delicate's, then this soft well made bag is just the item you need. I was using plastic bags for this when i went into hospital, so it will be nice to have this little added luxury to keep my clean away from my dirty item's. 

- Flower issue magazine 

As always the feature magazine from my little box. This has the spring theme for the flower edition. 

I have to say the packaging for this month is beautiful and unique to any beauty box ive seen. Its a flip open book and inside are your item's. It seem's such a shame to have such beautiful packaging and then be so disappointed with the content's.

Firstly the mini flip up book garden to grow cress, which maybe great for all those green fingered ladies. However its not something id use and i was very disappointed this was one of the item's. The lingerie bag is beautiful and I know I will get so much use out of this when im in hospital. Also at home it can be kept to keep my silk dressing gown in to protect from damage. So this is a great item I really love.

The beauty bag was good in one way that l'occtaine cherry blossom shower gel is my favourite product. I love to try new item's and brand's, yet its a quality brand so I shouldn't complain much. The  Nail's inc. polish a base coat that help's nourish. It's not a product I would use as i have a base and top coat already. The last item is from my little beauty's own brand of products. It is a facial exfoliating mask, something we seem to be getting alot of. The beauty bags seem to be following the same pattern, it would be nice to see more french brands plus makeup. Im not sure if its because ive been subscribed from the begining that I expect more, as Ive seen my little box at its best. Other then the boxes exterior, this month was not very wow for me.

I have also subscribed to Happie Scrappie, which again is a monthly envelope jam packed with cute and practical item's. This is my first review of the Subscription service and I also have a post coming about the Grab bag I purchased.

We are a monthly subscription, the Happie Planner kit, which has a selection of planner related products with coordinating themes and variations in each kit. This page marker can be used to keep your place within any planner, secured with a paper clip or hole punched if required. I personally use these on my current week as a page finder, the write list's for shopping or item's easily forgotten for the week ahead. I do love to make list's so i really like this item and it's compactness.

- Mini Tassel 

Green is my favourite colour and my new planner just so happens to be green also. This is my first charm so im a little lost as to what i can use it for. Im sure i can ask the planner community what would I use and also adapt this item.

- Magnet bookmark 

Okay yes this is too cute and adorably me. It's already in my planner and my day lights up just seeing my creativity come to fruition. This little magnet sums up my current state of mind, in that i can accomplish anything. 

- Dashboard 
I love dashboards as they are so versatile. They can replace a boring or non relevant planner divider, also be kept within the mailer envelopes so you have a  selection to choose from when you tire of a current dashboard. Perfect addition to this month's parcel.


- Planner Sticker Sampler 

These sticker's are fun, vibrant, cute and have some great reminders relevant for any one's month. I love sticker's and I can never have enough so when i have some like this sent to me, they go in my travel storage case unti they are used. 

- Stationery wood trinkets (with adhesive backing)

These little wooden trinkets are so adorable that if you didnt want them in your planner (only because they are so pretty), on show then they would be perfect to decorate your desk, pencil case or another item. 

- Sampler pack of A5 sized inserts (20 sheets size: 148mm x 210mm, punched or unpunched)


The sampler pack holds 20 sheets of double sided printed paper. It has different designs on each, some pages are lined-squared-patterned boxes etc. So each month the art work on the sampler pack matches the theme. So this month the samplers were filled with the cute stationary characters. Great additions for planner need's from list making to just jazzing up a section. 

- Page Flags 

Page flags are my absolute favourite item aboit being a planner addict. It's an easy way to mark important weeks within your planner, using cute and colourful tags. Plus with the never ending choice of design you can change to the season or event. 

- Stationery gel pen (random design) 

This pen is a very cute and clever in that the lid is painted like its a pencl and under the lid is a concealed pen. I Love having an extensive pen, pencil set in which i can change up my style to fit my mood or even just the thickness and colour. A writer can never have too many pen's or stationary.
